POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Power Electronics Engineer to join our R&D – Electronic Hardware Design department. This is a full-time position with an office work model. You will take ownership of the design, prototyping, and validation of advanced motor drives and high-efficiency DC-DC converters in a collaborative laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design hardware for motor drive circuits (BLDC, PMSM, FOC-based)
Develop and test high-efficiency DC-DC converter topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC, etc.)
Perform circuit simulations using LTspice, PLECS, or equivalent tools
Create protection circuits based on voltage, current, and temperature thresholds
Ensure design complies with EMI/EMC and LVD test criteria
Lay out PCBs in Altium Designer (or equivalent) and supervise prototype fabrication
Conduct hardware testing, fault-finding, and validation in the lab
Provide basic support for hardware–embedded-software interfaces (PWM, ADC, UART, etc.)
Prepare technical documentation and participate in customer technical meetings as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in power-electronics circuit design
Solid understanding of motor-drive and DC-DC converter topologies
Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar)
Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers
Preferred: experience with high-voltage/high-current systems (e.g. 48 V or 400 V)
Strong technical English skills (able to read and interpret datasheets and documentation)
Team-player mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
